Non Institutional Care – Outreach

Digambarpur Angikar is strengthening VLCPC ( Village Level Child Protection Committee), organizing awareness building sessions in communities, schools and PRIs in Sundarbans where, women, men, youths and children are participating. The main purpose of the awareness sessions are protecting childs from various exploitations, stop child marriages, stop girls trafficking and other forms of exploitations.

 With nine years of experience of working on ClidLine in many blocks in Sundarbans, Digambarpur  Angikar is continue to work with close collaboration of  Child Helpline in South 24 Parganas District towards proper information dissemination, community empowerment for the use of Child Helpline and necessary follow-up of all cases or victims towards better justice.
